WHY ARE WE MOVING TO TWO SERVICES?
God is growing our church, and we want to make room for more people to experience worship and community without space limits, as well as expand room for our Sunday morning children’s programs.

WHEN DOES THIS START?
Our first Sunday with two services will be January 4, 2026.

WHAT TIME WILL THE SERVICES BE?
Service times will be 9am and 11:15am for worship, with Sunday School taking place in between services @ 10a;15am.  Both services will be identical in content and style.

WHAT ABOUT SUNDAY SCHOOL OR SMALL GROUP?
Sunday School will be meeting at a designated time between services (10:15 AM). Small groups will continue to meet as normal on Sunday nights in homes and during MIDWEEK on Wednesday nights. We will also be adding two new small groups during MIDWEEK beginning in January, a men’s group and a women’s group.

HOW CAN I HELP?
We are currently working with all of our volunteers to create a schedule that provides them with opportunities to serve as well as worship consistently. We could always use more volunteers with B.L.A.S.T. children’s worship, Children’s SS classes, nursery, first impressions/greeting, and parking lot teams. To volunteer with children, please email lindsey.rodgers@harlembaptist.org. For greeting and parking lot, email rebekah@harlembaptist.org. Any staff member will be happy to help answer your questions about needs/volunteering!

WILL IT FEEL DIFFERENT?
Both services will have the same worship, teaching, and community feel you love—just with more room to grow.

IS THIS PERMENANT?
We’ll evaluate after the first quarter of 2026, but we expect this to be a lasting step forward.

WILL WE MEET TOGETHER IN A JOINT SERVICE ANY TIME?
We hope to do some kind of special joint event on 5th Sundays, plus we will continue to emphasize all members participating in church-wide events such as our Night of Worship on January 7th in the FLC, our annual Spring Fling/Fall Festival, and more!

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
Pray. Serve. Invite. Get excited! We’re stepping into a new season of opportunity.
